Our estimated delivery dates are based on the following factors: processing time for your order, the shipping options you've chosen and the destination address. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

Note: For countries beside the US, Canada and Australia, Registered Airmail may take up to 22 business days to arrive due to local dispatch or other reasons. Motif makes every attempt to deliver your items within the specified time; however, we are not responsible for any failure to deliver within that time. If you need your package to arrive by a specific date, we strongly recommend you use expedited shipping which is much faster and guaranteed.

Returns
Return Policy

We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not happy for any reason, here's the good news: we accept returns within thirty (30) days of delivery (the date listed on tracking information) for most items in new condition. Simply email your return request to service@motif.me within 30 days for refund or exchange. Without the email, or passed the 30 day’s period, unfortunately, we cannot process any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return: Item must be unused, and not damaged or altered in any way, with original tags must be attached, in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Customized items, engraved items, gift cards, coupons, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."

U.S. Easy Returns

We will refund you by your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) with a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3.Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.

4.Drop off at your nearest UPS location.

International Returns

Send your return request to service@motif.me within 30 days of receiving your purchase. After your application for return is approved, please follow the return instruction email. You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing

• Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• International return shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We process exchanges free of charge only when items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an application email to service@motif.me.

After your application is approved, please follow the Exchange Instruction email from Customer Service and send your product to the specified address.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for exchanging your purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For International Exchanges, you are responsible for any duties or taxes. If you are shipping an item over $50, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee delivery. We are not responsible for lost items sent without a tracking record. Depending on where you live, processing time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
